Services
Fully insured and professional gardeners will attend site in For Nature Gardening & Landcare Ltd. branded vehicles and uniforms. We will leave your property clean and tidy, in better form than we find it. Invoices will follow each visit (via email when possible with clients), and payment must be made prior to our next visit or within 2 weeks via cash, cheque, or e-transfer (preferred).
Prior to commencing work for you, we will meet with you to see your gardens and discuss your landcare needs and desires, then put together a quote for our services. (Additional fees apply for garden materials such as soil, mulch and plants, and pick up and delivery fees will apply).

Personal Gardener Packages
Regular Garden Maintenance (weekly/biweekly visits)
Keep your gardens looking their best all season long! Let us come take care of your gardens on a weekly or biweekly basis – weeding, soil care, mulching, edging, pruning, plant care including dead-heading, dividing, transplanting etc. Comes with ecological and edible landscape enhancement if you desire.
Occasional Garden Helper Service (one visit per month)
Do you love to garden, but just need a bit of help to reset it throughout the season when the weeds get a bit ahead of you? Hire us to help reset your gardens and nourish your plants and soil on a monthly basis throughout the growing season. Comes with ecological and edible landscape enhancement if you desire.
One Time Services
Spring Clean-up
Let us give your gardens a strong and fresh start for the new growing season.
We will clear your beds and prepare them for a season of enjoyment. Includes clean-up of leaves and any winter-damaged trees/shrubs.
Fall Closing
We will do final preparation of your gardens for the winter, including mulching, tree and shrub burlap wrapping, and clearing of any vegetation as required. (Note, we will make recommendations on best practices to support pollinator populations through the winter)
Garden Consultation
Not sure how to begin? Invite us to do an educational, one-on-one tour of your garden with you to suggest ways you can tend your garden to make it look its best! We can help you identify plants and their specific care needs. We can recommend plants, show you gardening techniques and suggest strategies to increase the beauty and health of your garden. If you desire, we can make suggestions on how to enhance the ecological function of your gardens, and make suggestions on edible delights you can add to your garden.
General Garden Design and Installation
Have big ideas, but need help implementing them? Want some guidance on how to enhance your landscape? Let us design and install lovely new flowerbeds that will increase your home’s curb appeal or create the backyard get-away of your dreams. (Please note: we do not do hardscaping)
Eco-Victory Garden Design and Installation
Like the Victory Gardens that supported the war effort during WWII, the new Victory Gardens support the new war on climate change by providing habitat for our imperiled pollinators. In turn, a cascade effect supports the rest of the food chain and ecosystem functions that depend on these important species, including our own food security.
